A day to Royal Military College

From today's post, i'll tell you a thing or two about the military schools in Malaysia.
First of all, a great big thanks to Pn. Kasturi and her husband for sending us to Royal Military College of Malaysia. Guess why we were there?
The students of Royal Military College
To have a group study on Sejarah with students there and also some answering tips, as well as soalan ramalan.
We were in Pn. kasturi's Nissan Grand Livina where we were greeted by 2 military officers at the main entrance, both carrying a big gun==
this is it... Steyr AUG-A1 Guys who always play
Counter Strike will know... 4-3 if im not mistaken. Correct??
All non RMC students were from Pudu and Bangsa zone. There were 47 schools and 4 representative from each one. Each 4 students from a particular school was guided by 4 other students from RMC.
And these are my friendly desk mates, Four of them are from Kedah, Johor, Melacca and Terengganu:
Ismail and SharizalDunno what pangkat Nizam and Sergeant AnwarSee the leather strap around his uniform? Nizam's post is higher than Sergeant Anwar and he is also one of the highest ranked students. He only shares the same post with 7 other students, out of 400 plus. Only 8 out of 400 plus have these:
These 8 also have a bedroom for themselves where the others have to share.
For you information, Malaysia has only one Military College and this is it. And it is no easy task to enroll into this college though. Thousands of students who scored 6A's and above in PMR came to this military school and hope to get a place in there. Apart from academic achievement, they will have to past some physical tests too. All the running, push ups and stuff, you have to bare with it.
I exchanged my badge with Anwar and he promised to give me this.
A sergeant's identity!
Too bad... We have to go back right after the programme cause teacher was already waiting for us. We'll meet up one day when their come out for trips, and i'll have it!
And this is a normal recruit's thingy.
the two strokes means you are in you second year in this college
And did you notice they were wearing this round, yellow badge on the left? It is a academic badge, they change it once a month. Their total marks of all subjects will be divided by a certain number, the number they get at the end will determine which colour they'll be wearing.
Red is the best, coming down to
yellow and
green.
After a few hours of study, we have out break. We ate nasi goreng with eggs. My schoolmate Tayal, an indian cannot consume the rice cause it was mixed with the eggs. He was supposed to go
green~ all out today. He did not have his breakfast, and have to stay in a hungry state till around 3pm.
When we were having our break, they brought us around the nearby areas. We were told to walked in pairs- 3 in one, and our foot steps must be in order. All 8 must go left or right together at once! It should looks like only 1 man who do all the walking.
Well... of course the MBSians failed miserably

The cool Anwar and AndreKhairul- Khairol AnwarNizam and i
Now, don't you wanna know something about their discipline?
.Example on phone rules.
If they found out you brought your phone to the school, they will... pick up a hammer and start a mayhem upon you companion, turning it into pieces you'll never fixed it back, right in front of you. One of my friend has experienced it. lol
Apart from that, you will be asked to carry a 3kg bag, and run up a long distance hill, sometimes down, to report to some officers. Might not be a problem you say? Yea, it might not. Wait till you carry it 4 times a day... Once in the early morning before school, after school, evening and... midnight. How romantic, running under the bright moonlight. Forrest Gump in the making.
Run Forrest, runnnn!!!
